Our mental health is as important as our physical health. Checking in with ourselves is as necessary as a check-up from a primary care provider. Counseling is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We all come with unique circumstances and backgrounds that require a tailored, personalized approach toward healing.

You are embarking on a new season, ADULTING! This phase of life is fraught with change, and the transition can be a bit scary for some. We are healers and helpers, showing up for others daily in this work. Sometimes we need someone to show up for us! When compassion fatigue sets in (and it will), we need to allow ourselves permission to feel it and work through it. Show up for yourself and be the best you for your clients.

In therapy, treatment is tailored to your needs to address specific and acute concerns beyond talk therapy. Some specialized models provided in this practice include somatic experiencing, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (parts work). Ask your therapist about treatment options.
