Individual Session Fees
15-minute Complimentary Consultation
Initial Intake Session
The initial intake session is 50-53 minutes. It may require up to two sessions.
50-Minute Therapy Session
Sessions are a minimum of 50 minutes.
30-Minute Maintenance Session
Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes.
Sliding Scale
Sliding-scale rates are available on a limited basis and are determined through consultation.
Note for Clients:
I am an out-of-network provider in Texas. In Louisiana, I accept select insurance plans.

50-minute EMDR Processing Session
Ideal for individuals ready to address specific memories, trauma-related symptoms, or emotional blocks without committing to weekly therapy.
90-minute EMDR intensive*
Includes pre-screening, goal setting, and integration follow-up. EMDR intensives are open to new and returning clients. No long-term therapy commitment is required.
75-minute EMDR intensive*
Includes pre-screening, goal setting, and integration follow-up. EMDR intensives are open to new and returning clients. No long-term therapy commitment is required.

*EMDR and trauma processing are available with 50-minute sessions. Extended sessions (75 or 90 minutes) are available when clinically appropriate and scheduled in advance.
